Qualifications

• Commercial collections experience in B2B or equipment finance preferred
• 5+ years of commercial collections experience preferred
• Experience negotiating settlements and handling objections

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent equipment finance and working capital accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within authority
• Perform skip tracing to locate customers and verify contacts
• Escalate to Legal and Recovery partners as needed
• Document all activity accurately and timely
• Meet or exceed cash collection and delinquency goals
• Coordinate with Underwriting, Operations, Legal/Recovery teams
