Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Late Stage Portfolio Manager to own 61+ day commercial equipment finance accounts, driving resolutions through cure, workout, or charge-off. The hybrid role is based in Voorhees, NJ with in-office requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in commercial collections, strong negotiation and documentation skills, and familiarity with Excel, Aspire, and Salesforce. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial collections, incl. late-stage accounts.
• Experience with equipment finance a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-volume outbound contact with customers, guarantors, brokers, and vendors.
• Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and restructures within authority.
• Assess ability to pay considering fuel, insurance, and maintenance costs.
• Issue notices, perform skip tracing, and verify business information.
• Coordinate collateral verification, repossession, and remarketing.
• Prepare files for legal referral and monitor related activity.
• Maintain clear notes and collaborate with Operations, Credit, and Legal.
