You will analyze data, coordinate with billing and sales, and implement strategies to improve collections performance while supporting a global team. The role requires a Bachelor's in finance or accounting and 3+ years in collections or AR, with strong analytical and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in collections or accounts receivable.

• Ability to communicate clearly with external organizations and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact customers by phone or email to resolve balances.
• Analyze payment trends and recommend credit holds or escalations.
• Collaborate with billing, customer service and sales to resolve invoices.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly collection reports.
• Track inquiries and outbound engagements with customers.
• Support order-to-cash improvement projects as needed.
