Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Commercial collections experience in business-to-business environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent equipment finance and working capital accounts and aggressively pursue outstanding balances.
• Set clear expectations for payment amounts, due dates, and next steps, holding customers accountable for commitments.
• Use advanced negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills to secure immediate payments or sustainable repayment commitments.
• Conduct skip tracing to locate customers, verify contact information, and support recovery efforts.
• Document all collection activity accurately and timely; escalate when necessary.
• Meet or exceed cash collection and delinquency goals.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Operations, and Legal/Recovery teams to resolve issues.
