Qualifications

• 5+ years of LATAM payroll experience across multiple countries.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Experience with ActivPay or ADP Celergo.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LATAM payroll across Chile, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Panama, ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each jurisdiction.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across all five countries in partnership with local payroll providers, including statutory filings.
• Oversee compliance with country-specific requirements such as severance and finiquito calculations in Chile, statutory bonus structures across all five countries.
