Job summary

Aerospike is seeking a strategic BDR with native or professional Spanish fluency to drive revenue across LATAM and select North American accounts. This remote US-based role focuses on building pipeline from cold targets and penetrating enterprise accounts through ABM outbound, in Spanish and English.

You will coordinate with Marketing and field teams, map target accounts, and navigate cross-border buying committees from engineers to C-suite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound pipeline generation experience in tech or enterprise SaaS.
• Fully fluent in professional Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven track record meeting outbound quotas and targeting technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified enterprise opportunities across LATAM and select North American accounts.
• Execute multi-touch, multi-channel outbound cadences in Spanish and English.
• Collaborate with Marketing and AEs on territory planning and follow-up cadences.
• Travel to LATAM as needed for key meetings and regional events.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate touchpoints and metrics.
