Noma Security, Inc. is seeking an Account Development Representative to drive pipeline generation across Latin America. Based in the US with remote capability, you will engage senior security, AI, and data leaders at global enterprises in Spanish and English.

You will partner with Regional Sales Directors, coordinate with partners and marketing, and hand off qualified opportunities with clear notes. The role blends AI security expertise with hands-on outbound to build scalable LATAM playbooks as

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of SDR/BDR/ADR experience in B2B SaaS or security tech.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for business conversations and discovery.
• Experience prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging VP/C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Regional Sales leaders to prioritize LATAM markets and target accounts.
• Generate qualified pipeline through calls, email, LinkedIn, and tailored outreach.
• Conduct discovery in Spanish and English to understand AI initiatives and security needs.
• Coordinate with partners and marketing on joint prospecting and campaigns.
• Hand off opportunities to RSDs with notes and context; keep Salesforce current.
• Meet or exceed targets for meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
