Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead SSD-Core Labor Planning delivery programs across North America. You will own strategic and tactical initiatives, drive cross-functional projects, and translate data insights into scalable processes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage risk, and deliver measurable improvements through automation and analytics, including Excel, SQL and AI tooling, in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall program strategy and drive cross-functional teams.
• Define objectives, analyze data, and quantify improvements.
• Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, AI, and data management systems.
• Design and implement reporting to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
• Monitor metrics and identify process and system improvements.
