Job summary

Amazon in Nashville seeks an experienced Sr. Supply Chain Manager for the SSD-Core Last Mile team. You will own strategic and tactical programs, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and deliver scalable, automated processes.

Strong data analysis, problem solving, and executive communication are essential. You will build reporting, monitor metrics, and coordinate with tech, product, and operation partners to meet ambitious delivery goals across North America.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop the overall program strategy and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
Define objectives, analyze data and drive improvements with measurable metrics.
Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, and data systems.
Design and implement reporting to enable stakeholders to manage the business.
Monitor metrics and partner with teams to identify process and system improvements.
Work autonomously in ambiguous environments and drive leadership decisions.
Oversee cross‑team gaps and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
Communicate with program managers, leaders and execs on status and tradeoffs.
Develop KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs and track milestones.
Roll up sleeves and own responsibilities with an owner mentality.
