Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II for SSD-Core, OE to own strategic and tactical initiatives across the SSD Last Mile delivery. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable automation to accelerate North America delivery.

You will define programs, drive execution, build KPI reporting, and present status to senior leaders while coordinating with tech, product, and business partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years of process-improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall program strategy and drive cross-functional execution.
• Define objectives, analyze data and drive metric-based improvements.
• Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL and related tools.
• Design reporting solutions enabling stakeholders to manage the business.
• Monitor metrics and partner with teams to identify improvements.
• Work autonomously in a ambiguous environment and manage risks.
• Oversee cross-team gaps and mitigate potential failures.
• Communicate status, risks and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
• Develop KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
• Roll up your sleeves with a generalist owner mindset.
