You will define problems, scope projects, analyze data with Excel/SQL, build reporting, manage risks, and communicate status to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams to deliver cross-functional goals
• Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements with metrics
• Retrieving and analyzing large data sets using Excel, SQL, Artificial Intelligence, and other data management systems
• Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions
• Monitoring existing metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities
