Job summary

Amazon seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join the SSD-Core Labor Planning team, owning strategic and tactical programs across North America. You will apply advanced analytics, drive scalable automation, and translate business insights into efficient processes with cross-functional collaboration across tech, product, and leadership groups.

The role emphasizes defining problems and goals, scoping projects, building plans, and communicating status and risks to senior leaders.

Qualifications

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
2+ years of supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

Develop the overall program strategy and drive cross-functional goals.
Define program objectives, analyze data, and quantify improvements with metrics.
Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, and related tools.
Design and implement reporting to enable data-driven decisions.
Monitor metrics and partner with teams to identify process improvements.
Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs.
