Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN seeks an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own strategic and cross-functional projects within SSD Last Mile Delivery. The role focuses on data-driven insights, scalable processes, and executive-level communication to drive fast, efficient delivery across North America.

You will define programs, collaborate with tech, product, and leadership, and implement KPI reporting for multiple projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and drive the overall program strategy with cross-functional teams.
Define objectives, analyze data, and quantify improvements.
Retrieve and analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, and analytics tools.
Design reporting solutions to enable informed business decisions.
Monitor metrics and partner with internal teams for process and system improvements.
Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to senior leaders.
Govern KPI reporting across a portfolio of programs.
Collaborate with program managers, tech, product, and leadership.
