Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager II for the Sub‑Same Day (SSD-Core) Labor Planning delivery team in New York. The role focuses on defining strategic programs, driving cross-functional execution, and delivering scalable improvements across North America.

The candidate will analyze large data sets using Excel, SQL, and AI, design reporting solutions, and ensure metrics drive action. Collaboration with senior leaders and multiple teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) at an advanced level and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Responsabilités

• Development of the overall program strategy, tactically driving teams in and outside of your organization to deliver cross-functional goals.
• Define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics.
• Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, Artificial Intelligence, and other data management systems.
• Designing and implementing reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
• Monitoring existing metrics, building new metrics, and partnering with internal teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities.
• Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind leadership decisions.
