RXO, Inc. is seeking a Last Mile Operations Manager in Ohio to oversee daily carrier operations, optimize routes, and lead a skilled team. You will manage dispatcher tasks, ensure safety and compliance, and drive on-time delivery with a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $65,000-$70,000 with the possibility of bonus or commission. Strong leadership and logistics experience are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 5 years of related logistics and supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of contract carriers and monitor routes and schedules.
• Mentor staff and train on policies and procedures.
• Handle interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and programs.
• Supervise employees per laws and company policies.
• Utilize route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage dispatch of contract carriers and resolve day-long issues.
• Identify bottlenecks and restructure routes for efficiency.
• Train carriers and dispatchers to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure tasks are completed accurately within timeframes.
• Capture photos for every job and document details.
• Allocate resources as needed to meet demand.
