Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of contract carriers and routes.
• Develop and mentor staff; train on company policies and procedures.
• Interview, hire, discipline, and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and programs.
• Supervise employees following laws and company policies.
• Use route planning software to build efficient delivery routes.
• Manage the dispatch of contract carriers and resolve issues.
• Identify inefficiencies; restructure routes to improve efficiency.
• Train carriers and dispatchers to meet expectations.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
