You will cultivate relationships with customers, location managers and operators to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 5 years of operations experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Project).

• Ensure contract metrics are met.
• Maintain high standards for operational activities.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; build contractor base.
• Direct and guide front line management staff.
• Oversee P&L and coordinate with national sales for growth.
