The role emphasizes developing and deploying operational solutions, supervising the transportation function, and leading HR development and succession planning to ensure continued excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and operations.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing, distribution and inventory planning.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• HR development, training and succession planning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for transportation operations and implement new strategies.
• Develop and deploy operational solutions and establish business controls.
• Supervise transportation team to meet service level standards.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budget/income goals.
