Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Project).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with contract metrics.
• Maintain high standards for operational activities.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; build contractor base.
• Direct and guide front line management staff.
• Manage contract drivers across multiple locations, up to 7 days a week.
• Build relationships with customers for continuous improvements.
• Oversee P&L.
• Collaborate with national sales to drive growth.
