RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations to provide strategic leadership for Transportation Management services across North America. You will define improvement opportunities, guide growth initiatives, and drive efficiencies while shaping a successful future for the team.

In this role, you will lead transportation operations, supervise the team, manage budgets, and partner with customers to identify cost-saving opportunities. This position may require extended hours and travel.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in supply chain management (domestic or international).
• Working knowledge of transportation, warehousing, distribution, inventory planning and management, network analysis and materials management.
• Experience with financial management and HR aspects.

Responsabilités

• Define requirements for transportation operations and ensure implementation of new strategies to meet company and customer expectations.
• Develop and deploy transportation operational and management solutions; establish controls and processes for regional operations.
• Provide direct supervisory control of transportation team to ensure service levels are met.
• Identify and deploy cost-saving initiatives to achieve budget and operating income goals.
• Lead HR development through training and succession planning.
• Identify growth opportunities with current and new customers; perform account management for select customers.
• Recognize and manage operational risks and ensure safe work environment; support legal processes.

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or MBA
