Responsibilities

• Investigates origin and cause of high exposure claims.
• Addresses coverage issues and HDR reviews.
• Handles 1st and 3rd party claims across policies.
• Performs on-site inspections and negotiations.
• Provides timely status updates to all parties.
• Mentor and assist less experienced adjusters.
