CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), a AAA insurer, is hiring for a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster, Homeowner Claims – Remote.

This role manages 1st-party property losses with authority up to $250,000 in structural damage and collaborates with SIU, Subrogation, and counsel to resolve complex claims across states where CSAA IG provides homeowner policies. Required is 5–10 years’ homeowner claims experience and 3+ years in Total Loss claims, plus HS/GED.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years claims experience with Homeowner field claims.
• 3+ years handling Homeowner Total Loss claims.
• High School (HS) or GED.

Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party property losses with settlement authority up to $250,000.
• Evaluate personal property losses for dwelling losses.
• Handle claims up to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages.
• Develop structural repair bids using Xactimate.
• May handle multiple states and must understand the laws and regulations of each.
• Travel for role as needed for meetings and in-person events.
• Respond to catastrophe situations outside normal work area.
