CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims in a remote capacity. You will manage 1st-party property losses with authority up to $250,000 for structural damage, and oversee investigations with cross-functional teams to resolve complex homeowner claims.

The role requires 5–10 years of homeowner claims experience, strong negotiations, and experience with Xactimate. Willingness to travel for meetings and catastrophe response is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years claims experience with preferred emphasis on Homeowner field claims.
• 3+ years handling Homeowner Total Loss claims.
• High School (HS) or GED.

Responsibilities

• Owns full 1st-party property losses with settlement authority up to $250,000 in structural damage.
• Evaluates personal property losses related to dwelling losses.
• Handles claims up to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages.
• Develops structural repair bids using Xactimate.
• Negotiates with insureds, contractors, engineers and public adjusters to determine cost of repair.
• Travels as needed for role and attends in-person meetings.
