Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims with remote flexibility. You will own 1st-party property losses, with authority up to $250,000 in structural damage, and collaborate with SIU, Subrogation, and legal teams as needed.

This role requires extensive homeowner claims experience and proficiency with Xactimate. You will work with insureds, contractors, and attorneys to resolve highly complex claims across states CSAA IG provides homeowner policies for.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years claims experience with preferred emphasis on Homeowner field claims.
• 3+ years handling Homeowner Total Loss claims.
• High School (HS) or GED.

Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party property losses with authority up to $250,000 in structural damage.
• Evaluate personal property losses for dwelling losses.
• Handle claims up to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages.
• Develop structural repair bids using approved estimate writing program (Xactimate).
• Coordinate with SIU, Subrogation, and counsel as needed.
• Work with insureds, contractors, and attorneys to resolve complex claims.
