Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims, working remotely across the United States. You will own 1st-party property losses with up to $250,000 in structural damage, and coordinate with SIU, Subrogation, and legal teams to resolve highly complex claims.

Experience in homeowners and Xactimate is essential. You will evaluate personal property losses, prepare repair bids, and negotiate with insureds, contractors, and attorneys.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years claims experience with emphasis on homeowners.
• 3+ years handling homeowner total loss claims.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party property losses with settlement authority up to $250,000 for structural damage.
• Evaluate personal property losses associated with dwelling losses.
• Handle claims up to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages; may handle desk claims.
• Develop structural repair bids using Xactimate and coordinate with contractors, public adjusters, and attorneys.
