Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims in a remote capacity. You will own large first-party losses, with authority up to $250,000 for structural damage, evaluate property losses, and coordinate with SIU, Subrogation and legal teams to resolve complex claims.

Requires 5–10 years of homeowner claims experience, including total loss claims, and a HS or GED (BA/BS preferred). Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years claims experience with preferred emphasis on Homeowner field claims.
• 3+ years handling Homeowner Total Loss claims.
• High School (HS) or GED.

Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party homeowner losses with settlement authority up to $250,000 for structural damage.
• Evaluate personal property losses and handle claims up to policy limits.
• Develop structural repair bids using Xactimate.
• Collaborate with SIU, Subrogation, and legal teams on complex cases.
• Negotiate cost-of-repairs with insureds, contractors and public adjusters.
• Respond to catastrophe events and travel as needed.
