Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims with remote work options across the United States. You will handle large first-party property losses with authority up to $250,000 and coordinate with SIU, Subrogation, and other stakeholders to drive complex claims to conclusion.

The role requires 5–10 years in homeowner claims, 3+ years on Total Loss claims, and a strong grasp of Xactimate for large estimates. WS/DOI licensing considerations apply.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years claims experience with preferred emphasis on Homeowner field claims.
• 3+ years handling Homeowner Total Loss claims.
• High School (HS) or GED.

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of 1st-party property losses with settlement authority up to $250,000 in structural damage.
• Evaluate personal property losses associated with dwelling losses.
• Handle claims up to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages.
• Coordinate investigations with SIU and Subrogation as needed.
• Develop structural repair bids using approved estimating tools.
• Interact with insureds, contractors, public adjusters and attorneys to resolve complex claims.
