CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Sr. Large Loss Adjuster for Homeowner Claims in a remote capacity across the United States.

This senior adjuster handles full ownership of 1st-party losses with settlement authority up to $250,000 for structural damage and collaborates with SIU, Subrogation and legal teams as needed. You will work with insureds, contractors and attorneys to resolve highly complex claims across multiple states, building repair bids and ensuring accurate estimates with Xactimate.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years claims experience; homeowner claims preferred.
• 3+ years handling homeowner total loss claims.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Own 1st-party property losses with authority up to $250,000 for structural damage.
• Evaluate personal property losses for dwelling claims.
• Handle claims to policy limits for all 1st-party coverages.
• Provide direction on loss investigations with SIU and Subrogation as needed.
• Collaborate with insureds, contractors, public adjusters and attorneys to resolve highly complex claims.
• Develop structural repair bids using Xactimate.
• Travel as required for meetings and in-person events.
