Qualifications

• Excellent face-to-face and written communication with operators, maintenance, technical support, management, and stakeholders.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong leadership to develop frontline leaders and maintain safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all personnel within the assigned work center and lead daily safety observations and communications.
• Maintain product quality and compliance with AS9100/ISO 9001 at assembly/test, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Direct day-shift operations to meet production schedule, coordinate with other supervisors, and escalate constraints to the Production Manager.
• Develop and build capability in the production team, coaching and onboarding, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Execute structured and high-quality shift handoffs to the night-shift supervisor.
• Support production growth and new product introductions by scaling staffing and integrating new processes.
