• 6+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use).
• 1–2 years in project management or leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects.
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers.
