Metric Geo in Herndon, VA is seeking a Sr Project Manager- Land Development to lead land development efforts on multi-family, residential, and commercial projects. • 6+ years of civil engineering experience in land development (residential, master-planned, mixed-use).
• 1–2 years in project management or leadership roles preferred.

• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

What we're looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in VA
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
• 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred
