• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in NC
• 6+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master‑planned, mixed‑use)
• 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
• Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred

• Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
