Job summary

ATCS in Largo, MD is seeking a Site/Civil (Land Development) Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead a team on diverse developments in a hybrid work model (3 days on-site, 2 remote). The candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree and a P.E.

license in VA, DC, or MD, with 8+ years of land development design and 5+ years of PM experience. Salary ranges from $99,000 to $148,500 per year, with an annual bonus target of 2% and comprehensive benefits starting on the first day of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in VA, DC, or MD.
• 8+ years of land development design experience.
• 5+ years hands-on project management experience.
• Self-starter in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with developers, attorneys, land planners, and architects.
• Familiar with state/municipal design and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Mentor project team and provide technical guidance.
• Drive quality deliverables on time and on budget.
• Develop innovative land development design solutions.
• Negotiate scopes and fees, billing and collections.
• Engage in strong client relationships through frequent communications.
• Direct and facilitate completion of diverse projects (mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial).
