Job summary

Leoforce is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of labor relations, negotiate union contracts, and craft agreements that support business objectives. You will interpret labor laws, advise management, and partner with HR to ensure compliant, fair processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in labor relations.
• JD preferred but not required.
• Experience creating and crafting labor agreements and negotiating union contracts.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of labor relations.
• Develop, implement, and manage company policies and procedures related to labor relations.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer union contracts.
• Provide guidance on labor law interpretations and labor issues.
• Oversee the grievance process and ensure timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR and management to align with policy and law.
• Advise management on labor regulations and risk mitigation.
• Build positive relationships with union representatives and employees.
