We’re seeking an experienced Employee and Labor Relations professional to lead strategy, operations, and partnership across a complex, unionized healthcare environment. This role is a trusted advisor to leadership, a hands‑on negotiator, and a champion for positive employee relations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead employee and labor relations strategy, including grievance management and conflict resolution
• Serve as a key negotiator or participant in collective bargaining and labor contract administration
• Advise leaders on discipline, investigations, dispute resolution, and employee relations best practices
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational goals, change initiatives, and compliance
• Represent the organization in grievances, arbitrations, and agency matters as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on labor and employee relations
• Proven experience negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements
• Deep knowledge of state and federal labor and employment laws
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism, fairness, and sound judgment
