Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Labor Relations Manager/HR Leader to guide union relations, contract administration, and employee relations. You will partner with senior leadership to align people strategy with business goals and ensure compliance with labor laws.

The role requires 5+ years in HR with labor relations, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of driving workforce engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with labor relations and union environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with collective bargaining, grievances, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience with HRIS, reporting and workforce analytics.
• SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to support HR functions with focus on labor relations.
• Serve as primary contact for union relations, contract administration and grievances.
• Advise on employee relations, compliance, performance, and workforce planning.
• Lead or support collective bargaining negotiations and strategy.
• Coach HR team on labor relations and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with operations to address workforce concerns and drive engagement.
• Analyze labor data to provide insights to leadership.
