Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business, or related field.
3–5+ years of labor-relations experience from the employer/management perspective.
Experience with grievances, hearings, arbitration prep, and negotiation teams preferred.
Responsibilities
Guide employee and labor relations policy development.
Support lead negotiators during contract discussions.
Review and maintain CBAs and labor-related documents.
Advise managers on contract interpretation and grievances.
Oversee arbitration preparation and provide conflict-resolution guidance.
