Qualifications

• Directs and coordinates labor personnel under union contracts and company policy.
• Directs foremen and other operational staff to meet budget and schedule.
• Interprets and enforces collective bargaining agreements in day-to-day operations.
• Investigates safety incidents and labor complaints; escalates to senior management as needed.
• Ensures safety, security, and regulatory compliance across operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct hiring, assignment, evaluation, discipline, and termination of labor personnel.
• Direct and organize work for foremen and supervisory staff based on operational needs.
• Maintain knowledge and enforcement of collective bargaining agreements.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Plan workforce composition and equipment needs to execute plans safely and efficiently.
