• Directs hiring, assignment, evaluation, discipline, and termination of assigned labor personnel per policy and CBAs.
• Directs the work of foremen and supervisory staff based on operational needs.
• Interprets and enforces collective bargaining agreements in day‑to‑day operations.
• Investigates workplace incidents and labor complaints; reports findings to senior management.
