Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience managing a diverse workforce.
• Experience managing union labor preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain TWIC card.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct hiring, assignment, evaluation, discipline, and termination of labor personnel in accordance with policy and CBAs.
• Direct work of foremen, supervisory clerks, and other operational personnel.
• Interpret, administer, and enforce CBAs in day-to-day operations.
• Investigate incidents and safety violations; report findings to senior management.
