Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel Labor & Employment to serve on the Risk Management team.

You will provide practical, business‑focused legal counsel on labor and employment matters, employee relations, compliance, investigations, and litigation management, partnering with HR, Operations, and Leadership to minimize risk. The ideal candidate will have extensive California employment law experience, strong leadership, and the ability to influence

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar license; California in-house eligibility.
• 10+ years of labor and employment law experience with CA expertise.
• Experience advising senior executives and HR leadership.
• Experience managing workplace investigations and employment litigation.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and practical legal guidance on labor and employment risks across the organization.
• Lead workforce planning initiatives, reductions in force, and talent strategies.
• Oversee investigations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues.
• Manage employment litigation, agency charges, and settlements with outside counsel.
• Advise on labor relations, collective bargaining, and compliance with wage/hour laws.
• Develop and maintain employment policies and training programs.
