Job summary

Rosendin, a leader in electrical contracting, seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide legal counsel and risk management for the company, reporting to the VP, General Counsel. The role focuses on compliance, contracts, and corporate transactions.

You’ll draft and negotiate design and construction agreements, confidentiality agreements, leases, joint ventures, IP licenses, and more while overseeing outside counsel and advising on risk, disputes, and business decisions. Remote work is permitted.

Qualifications

• JD with admission to state bar.
• Minimum 5 years of firm or in-house experience.
• Litigation and transactional experience preferred.
• Combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address legal issues and drive strategic plans.
• Prepare and negotiate design/construction agreements, leases, joint ventures, IP licenses, and confidentiality agreements.
• Provide risk management and dispute resolution guidance.
• Oversee outside counsel and manage disputes and litigation.
• Prepare training on legal/risk management matters.
• Advise on corporate transactional matters and acquisitions.
