Rosendin is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal counsel and risk management for our projects nationwide. You will negotiate contracts, advise on compliance and corporate governance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support strategic growth.

Ideal candidates have a JD with bar admission and 5+ years of firm or in-house experience, with preference for public works and large infrastructure projects. This on-site role offers ESOP, 401K, bonus, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• JD with admission to state bar.
• Experience in both litigation and transactional matters is preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal counsel and risk management for the company.
• Negotiate design and construction agreements and related contracts.
• Advise on risk management, disputes, and project management issues.
• Oversee outside counsel and manage disputes and litigation.
• Deliver training on legal and risk management topics.
