Qualifications

• J.D. with active California bar license.
• Extensive California labor and employment law expertise.
• Experience advising senior executives and HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic business-focused labor and employment counsel across the organization.
• Advise on workforce planning, reductions in force, and talent strategies.
• Lead investigations into discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and misconduct.
• Manage employment litigation, agency charges, and outside counsel relations.
• Counsel on labor relations and collective bargaining matters.
• Develop and maintain employee handbooks and HR policies.
