Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in leave administration, multi-state experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Workday experience is preferred in a growing ESOP environment with strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of leave administration experience required.
• Experience with multi-state leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, state leaves) required.
• Experience coordinating with third-party leave vendors and payroll.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex leave cases.
• Administer and resolve leave cases under FMLA, CFRA, and state laws.
• Coordinate with third-party leave and disability administrator.
• Review requests, maintain records, and ensure compliance.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers on leave processes.
• Produce reports and analyze leave data for process improvements.
