Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Lab Instrument Services Senior Instrument Coordinator to support a life sciences client. The role focuses on keeping laboratory instruments operational, compliant, and available for critical research activities, with a Monday–Friday day shift.

You will coordinate PMs, manage vendors, track service performance, and help maintain equipment reliability while collaborating with lab teams and facilities groups to minimize downtime and support research outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills with the ability to review and select solutions without supervision.
• Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team clearly and concisely.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and mathematical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM activities to maximize instrument uptime and compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for multiple laboratory groups and vendors.
• Track third-party maintenance activities and verify service completion.
• Conduct quarterly inventories of laboratory instruments and maintain asset records.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure documentation of all work.
• Assist in audits and review documentation for inspections.
