Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site role in Philadelphia to support repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of laboratory instrumentation. You will manage work orders in CMMS, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with EHS and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least four years of related experience or equivalent.
• Pharmaceutical and/or GMP experience is preferred.
• Experience working with databases and/or systems is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate with contractors and internal teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Liaises with staff to coordinate services for installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations.
• Serves as first point of contact for third-party contractors and ensures EHS/GMP induction and risk assessment are completed.
• Manages work orders in CMMS, communicates status to end users, and escalates requests as needed.
• Performs daily equipment setup, prepares QC standards, and ensures instruments are ready for staff scientists.
• Prepares mobile-phase solutions and replenishes solvents; assists in audits and documentation retrieval.
• Assists with purchase orders and supports other duties as assigned.
