Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with at least four years of related experience.
• Pharmaceutical and/or GMP experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CMMS, ERP, and office software.
• Knowledge of GxP and lab instrument services environment.
• Experience working with databases or information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for repair, maintenance, calibration, and certification of laboratory instrumentation.
• Administer repair, PM, and calibration work orders and CMMS records.
• Serve as first point of contact for third-party contractors with EHS/GMP inductions and permits.
• Prepare and manage daily equipment setup and quality control checks.
• Replenish solvents and ensure purchase orders for non-contract work.
• Assist in audit preparation and retrieve documentation for inspections.
