Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a LIS Coordinator to support repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instrumentation in critical client environments.

You will collaborate with staff on installation, maintenance, moves and relocations, and ensure compliance with GxP certificates and test records from third-party providers. You will perform daily equipment preparation, ensure instrument availability for staff scientists, replenish solvents when needed, and compile documentation for audits

Qualifications

• Familiarity with review of GxP pipette or similar instrument certificates/tests records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations for laboratory instruments.
• Ensure customer requirements are met based on certificates and test records provided by third-party service providers.
• Perform daily equipment preparation and setup.
• Ensure equipment is available for staff scientists.
• Replenish solvents used with laboratory equipment as needed.
• Gather documentation for inspection and audits.
