Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a LIS Coordinator to support repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory instrumentation in client environments. The role sits in Critical and Technical Services and emphasizes routine procedures and documentation for audits.

You will assist with installations and relocations, ensure instruments are ready for use, train staff, and maintain compliance through standardized practices under guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Basic math skills; ability to calculate simple figures.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, maintenance, moves, and relocations as requested by staff.
• Review GxP pipette or similar certificates/tests records from third parties.
• Perform daily equipment preparation and setup.
• Ensure equipment is available for staff scientist use.
• Replenish solvents used with laboratory equipment as needed.
• Gather documentation for inspections and audits.
• Provide training support and backup for review of certificates and test reports.
• Follow standardized procedures with regular supervision.
• Resolve routine issues by applying defined procedures.
